ax111 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to ax111. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ax111 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ax111 platform available at ax111.org, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.

By creating an ax111 account, accessing the ax111 Login page, or placing any wager or bet through the ax111 platform — whether on sports events such as PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, or any casino game including slots, baccarat, or joker poker — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ax111 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the ax111 Privacy Policy and the ax111 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the contractual relationship between you and ax111. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ax111 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ax111 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from opening an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of a business or commercial entity unless expressly authorised in writing by ax111.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your country, province, or territory of residence before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any such person, of ax111 or any affiliated company, payment processor, or game supplier without prior written consent from ax111 compliance.
• You have not previously had an ax111 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

ax111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active ax111 account at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals. If you believe a duplicate account exists in your name without your knowledge, contact ax111 support immediately via live chat.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of ax111 registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension. You must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ax111 Login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ax111 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ax111 of suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, ax111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ax111 does not accept cryptocurrency or any payment method not explicitly listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is Rs 200. Bank transfer minimums and specific limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your ax111 account at the time of transaction. ax111 reserves the right to adjust these limits periodically. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your account tier, verification status, and payment method selected.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours following successful KYC verification, subject to the payment processor's own settlement timelines. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on interbank clearing schedules. ax111 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Funds deposited into an ax111 account must be used exclusively for gaming activity on the platform. ax111 accounts must not be used as a money transfer or currency exchange service. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ax111 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to fixtures such as PSL, the ICC Cricket World Cup, and UFC events. The following general conditions apply to all ax111 bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus offers are available to members who have completed the ax111 registration process and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). Wagering must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, usually 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance.
• ax111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Notification will be provided via the platform's promotions page where reasonably practicable.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household address, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared households will be treated as promotional abuse.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using the ax111 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other tool designed to interfere with normal platform operation or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in connection with sports betting markets on ax111.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications with ax111 support staff or other members in any community feature of the platform.
• Attempting to access areas of the ax111 platform beyond your authorised account scope, or exploiting any technical vulnerability, bug, or software error for financial gain. Any such gains are voidable at ax111's discretion.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable law in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction applicable to you.

ax111 employs advanced fraud detection and risk management systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed. All pending withdrawals may be withheld during the investigation period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ax111 platform — including but not limited to the ax111 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ax111 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ax111 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ax111 platform without prior written authorisation from ax111.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ax111 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ax111 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ax111 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect platform availability. ax111 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance via on-site notices.

Game outcomes on ax111 are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). ax111 shall not be liable for any claim relating to the fairness or randomness of game outcomes where the RNG system is operating within its certified parameters. Members accept that casino games and sports betting carry inherent financial risk and that losses are a natural and expected outcome of gaming.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

ax111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A member is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• ax111 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• A member is identified as being under the age of 21.
• A member requests self-exclusion under the ax111 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require ax111 to restrict access from a particular jurisdiction.

You may close your ax111 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. ax111 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ax111 holds its operating licence. Members are encouraged to contact the ax111 support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the ax111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
